Apex legends suspended

I was very surprised by my son. He came down crying he said he got suspended I am just wondering why and he said if you could un suspended his account. Thank you

For this you would want to reach out to the Terms of Service team so they can take another look over the account activity and the action. They'll review what happened and reach back out via email once the investigation is complete.
