★ Novice

When i get the crash apex completely freezes and i am unable to close or restart the program unless i restart my pc. The crash always happens when i find match to when we choose our champions it never happens in game. I have tried many solutions but its very persistent. When i finally manage to get in my first game it usualy never crashes again in that session until i close apex and open it again or when i sit afk for a while. Pls help.

Your system does not meet the minimum system requirements to run Apex Legends, I'm afraid. We cannot guarantee you'll avoid technical issues nor fully have the optimal Apex Legends experience with your current specifications.

Are you still getting this crash post Season 2 update?

Can you upload a DxDiag for us so we can look at your system specs?

There are a lot of people that experience the same crash with me with top of the line hardware. I dint held you accountable for any issues and u should not just dismiss a player just cause of his specs. The game runs fine for me and it's not even a problem i have in game instead it always happens before the game begins where i dont think the system has that much proccesing to do. I would like you to maybe direct me to somethings i could try to reduce the problem or adress the crash which as i said a lot of people experience with great systems.
