As the title says, my account was banned because I was hacked and cheated by someone else's game.Because of the problem of region (I am a Chinese player) and language (my English is not good), I handed over the matter of contacting EA to someone else to do, maybe that person did not pay very hard, resulting in my account was not unblocked, so I decided to deal with the problem myself this time, but in the process of contacting EA, I found that my EA account was frozen, and I could not contact EA, and used other EA accounts to feedback the problem can only get "can only deal with the problems caused by the account, If there is a problem with another account, please go to another account and contact EA", so EA is treating me as a fool? If this account can contact EA, do I need another account to contact EA? As a result, all the games in my account cannot be played now, and I can't go to EA to report problems, of course, I can register another account to play the game, but I still hope to solve the problem with my account
