the ban on my account was a mistake

I use my mastercard debit card to buy apex 1000 coins normally and it shows that the purchase was successful, but I didn't expect my debit card to not be charged, then I was banned, can you please revoke my Purchase, deduct the 1000 coins from my account (I didn't spend them), and then revoke my ban? I'm just a normal user, no malicious behavior, thank you! TT
