I'm banned from Apex, despite last playing in 2021 and having no ban history in the game.
Customer service is outsourced, and when I submitted the dispute all they said was I'd correctly been banned.
How do i find out what I was banned for or when? This makes no sense to me, i've never cheated in any online game, I haven't played this thing in over a year and I have no record of being banned in this game.
How do i fix this? The outsourced TOS/customer service team is basically a never ending loop that doesn't provide information or a resolution.

Thank you, but i already contacted the TOS team. That was the dispute i mentioned in my post. They're outsourced and weren't helpful

Hey @sharpcelery not sure what you mean by they are outsourced, our TOS team are an internal team and if they declined your appeal then it means that they found evidence that the band was put in place correctly.

Sorry i meant that the customer service part is outsourced.
What i got back from the TOS team was a form email. How do i find out what I was banned for and when? There's nothing in my ban history and the response simply said that my dispute was declined.

Our live support isn't outsourced either @sharpcelery, we have teams all over the world.
You would have received an email from our TOS team containing all the details related to your ban.
