I need help with my account being disabled

My account was disabled a few days ago and since then I have been trying to find a way to get it back or make it so I can play ea games again but the ea support  doesn’t work. I have sent multiple emails and have not received a response. It’s becoming quite frustrating especially since the ea servers have not been working and I don’t believe I did anything wrong to have my entire account disabled. Can someone please help me

I'm sorry, we won't know why you were banned or be able to overturn it from the forums. Could you check the in-game message and email?

 

  • In-game message: For a specific game ban, like with Apex, there will be a message that crops up when you try to log into the game. 
  • Emails from 'noreply@ea.com': Terms of Service will notify you through email when a ban or suspensions been added with some context as to why a ban was added.

If there's no in-game message or email, but your positive there's been a ban and think it was added by mistake/the rules weren't broken, then our Terms of Service team can take a look for you. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team.

Legitimately nothing. I went to play apex and it said I had a ban so I went on ea to try and sign in and check it out and it said my whole account had been disabled

My whole entire account got banned. I haven't even played the actual game yet. I had It in disc, then I downloaded it and it says my account has been disabled.

Me too, downloaded the game trough orgin and got banned before i even got to play the game online.

Have you found a solution? My account was disabled 2 days ago and I rarely play this game, but now I can't play any ea games. They fixed it almost right away and then today I go to play and I'm Disabled again, like this is a joke ea can't even have a real person talk to us to resolve this problem
