Since this is undoubtedly the toughest Achievement/Trophy in the game to get, I thought that I would share how I did it. This method made it surprisingly easy as I managed to get it in only 3 matches.
This guide is specifically for console players due to the controller setup but I am sure the basic premise will be helpful to the PC folks as well.
Step 1: Change your control layout to make drifting easier.
Go to Options/Controls/Remap Controls/Flight
Set "Boost" to Left Trigger.
Set "Drift (While Boosting)" to Hold Left Trigger
Set "Select Target Ahead" to Click Left Stick
Set "Targeting Wheel" to Hold Left Stick
Step 2: Ship Loadout.
Go into Customization for the New Republic and select the U-Wing ( Yes, the U-Wing)
Select the following components:
Primary Weapon: Whatever you want, you won't be using this anyway.
Left Auxiliary: Seeker Mine
Right Auxiliary: Turret Mine
Countermeasures: Whatever you want
Hull: Deflector Hull - For increased Shield Strength
Shields: Fortified Deflector - Again, you want maxed out shields
Engine: Slam Engine - For Passive Boost Charge Rate.
You have just created a stupidly OP ship with the constant ability to drift.
Jump into a Dogfight match.
When the match starts, put ALL power to engines and leave it that way for the entire match.
Head strait towards the enemy team and when they are roughly 1500 meters away launch a Turret Mine and drop a Seeker Mine. Immediately after that, start doing short drifts, one after another, while your secondary weapons cool down. As soon as they are available again, turn towards the main area where other players are battling it out and make a run straight through the middle dropping a Seeker and putting out a Turret. Start your drifting again. Rinse and repeat until you are out of ordinance.
If there is a resupply point available, use it. If not, let the enemy take you out and repeat the above once you respawn.
In my first match using this method and loadout, I had 7 kills and 9 assist without firing a single shot.
Here is a great video explaining the drift technique:
