Guys shooting from the clouds in the sky

This weekend was shot and the death cam showed a guy in the clouds thought I might not be seeing this right and a day later was in a match were a few said there is no way to kill the guy in the clouds. Anyone else seen this?

@LucidDreaming84 idk if it is still there but there was a glitch in which some vehicles would not be visible and it would look like a guy was just flying around on his own but he was in a nightbird or something like that. what weapon killed you?
