I have been having this issue with my account after I switched my emails where I would purchase apex coins or a bundle containing cosmetic items and coins I would have the cosmetics but I wouldn't have the apex coins credited to my account witch leads me to have to contact an advisor every time I make a purchase. Is there a fix for this?

Hey @ShaBoiJamal, for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

To speak with a chat or phone adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
