Banned for no reason

Got an email saying I have been banned from apex legends due to cheating.

I have not played it or any EA game in over a year, so I made a ticket basically saying is this a mistake, a fake phishing email or has my account been compromised.

It says a reply may take up to 14 days, 28 days later got an email exactly the same as the first no help at all.

I've resubmitted my case but what else can I do.
