i lost my level in apex

Hey @mafia18899,

I have good news that this isn't actually a bug! In Season 14, Respawn increased the level cap again. So when you hit level 500, you're reset back down to 1 and you go up a tier instead. There are three tiers to climb with 500 levels each, for a total of 2,000 levels. You can also earn more packs by levelling up now. Our website has a bit more information:

I didn't completely loose my levels but I was level 90 something and now I'm only level 62, I want my levels back urgently!!!

I've never seen someone just lose a handful of levels before. Are you sure that you're playing on the same account and platform as where you were level 90?

Yes I am sure, I lost 30 levels exactly, was 92 then 62, I also have friends which u can ask for proof

@sartaj17 I've also lost 40 levels I was at 323 then 283 I think it's happening on Nintendo switch only and also my battlepass levels ,rank event tracker and treasure packs were reset and kills on my all my legends were taken away my apex predator badge was taken away that I got on mirage

So if you both play on Switch, then it looks like you're both right and that you did lose a few levels. Fixes have already gone out yesterday, but it looks like if you were online at the time that it didn't affect your account, so they're running it through again.

I'd check again tomorrow, but just to be absolutely safe it might be worth playing on another account for the day, just to make sure that your main account does get caught in the next round of fixes.
