Wattson fences don't stun enemies after Legacy update

What happens when the bug occurs? Wattson fences don't stun enemies when they cross it
What should be happening instead? It should stun anyone who crosses
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to range with 2 players. Use wattson fences. Toggle friendly fire on. Ask the other player to cross it.

I'm fairly confident this is a bug, but in any case we'll send it up the chain to be logged.

Playing on Xbox One, account name BrevisMortis, also had this problem in-game and reproducible in firing range. Enemies still take damage when going through fences, but aren't slowed. Major impact to Wattson's ability kit.

I was jn a comp game and a whole team came to rush me ended up dying bc of the wattson trap bot working and wattsons emotes are glitched praying that she dosent become the next loba

What happens when the bug occurs? people don't get slowed when they go to my fences this majorly affects my gameplay and I was hoping it to get fixed when you guys made a recent update but when me and my friend tested it out in the firing range it still doesn't affect the movement speed of the enemy. This is really bad considering wattson's gameplay is mainly about her fences.
What should be happening instead? People should get slowed down when they walk past wattsons fences

I'm having the same issue. I'm paying to use a broken software, this is so frustrating. I hate how these people keep running the game with updates that make it malfunction. Let's hope someone can make a similar battle royale  and put it to work properly so we have an option!
