What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Nothing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Will not let anyone ready up. Ranked tag above legends head still has last seasons rank. Everywhere else says correct rank. Can not start ranked games with my party because of it.
What should be happening instead? Game should start.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's the restriction of one rank up or down that is causing the difficulty.

Hey @Intercept3d. 

This will usually clear up on its own after a few ranked matches. If you haven't already, try playing some ranked games and your ranks should sync back up.

@Intercept3d why did my account rank drop from platinum to silver 3, because last night I played there was a signal disturbance and it resulted in afk, today I opened my account the rank dropped to silver 3? PLEASE HELP ME

Hi @omiyagoo, 

The Season 6 ranked split happened yesterday, so that's normal. When the split happens your rank will drop. You can find more info on splits in this article from the Apex Legends Website:

That was the first season split, so it has some detailed info on how it works.
