What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was attempting to change the skin of the Triple Take to that of the Season 14 Battle Pass reward ”Trophy Taker”.

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I played the Season 14 Battle Pass up to level 110 and have not received my reward skin ”Trophy Taker”. I have earned the 110 badge for the season.
What should be happening instead? Triple take skin should have been obtained
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
