Didn't receive valks heirloom after completing awakening event challenges.

Hi there, 

As it said during the awakening challenge, you could receive the Valkyrie heirloom for free if you complete the challenges. However, after completing the challenges I have still not received the heirloom. I completed it days ago before the event even ended and nothing to be seen. So i thought I d wait until the event ends and then i might get my reward. But no. Below is a picture i put for you to see when I completed the challenges. it shows I have unlocked everything and on the bottom right if you can zoom in you can see in what date I completed the challenges. but still received nothing. is there something I'm missing? Any details i missed? or maybe i still had to pay money to get it? I don't understand why I don't have it. please take a look. Let me know what has actually happend. Just a little further information I am doing this after talking with one of the customer service people after they said they don't support this issue and we have to report this as a bug.

Hi there, sorry but there seems to be a mixup. The Valkyrie heirloom was granted if folks unlocked or crafted the 24 themed cosmetics from the Awakening boxes.

The challenge tracker awarded some stars and cosmetics - with the final one being a Bocek skin, but it wasn't directly linked to the heirloom.
