Didn't receive 12rh ranked season skydive trail

What happens when the bug occurs? I didn't get my reward for the 12th ranked season - skydive trail. In the 12th ranked season in both splits, I reached the Diamond rank (you can see in the screenshots) and received all the awards - a holospray, badge, charm, but I did not receive a seasonal skydive trail.
What should be happening instead? i should get my skydive trail

Hey @amrashka,
Dive trails are temporary and will only last the season after they're earned.
A season 12 Dive Trail would have been available during Season 13, but now that we're in Season 16 you'd only have access to whichever Dive Trail you may have earned for Season 15.
At this point it would be normal not to have access to a Season 12 Dive Trail I'm afraid, sorry for any confusion. You can check out this article for more information about this change that took place back in Season 4.

Dive trails are temporary and will only last the season after they're earned.
A season 12 Dive Trail would have been available during Season 13, but now that we're in Season 16 you'd only have access to whichever Dive Trail you may have earned for Season 15.
At this point it would be normal not to have access to a Season 12 Dive Trail I'm afraid, sorry for any confusion. You can check out this article for more information about this change that took place back in Season 4.
