Care package weapons not counting deal [x] damage with [y] type

I've had L-Star not count as LMG damage/kills...

I've had Mastiff not count as Shotgun damage/kills...

I've had Kraber not count as DMR damage/kills...

Anyone else? It seems... intermittent... because I've also had all 3 sometimes count?

The team is aware of supply drop weapons not counting towards challenges on the Trello board.
