What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Bobjeck123
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible. VoltsyzTTV
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Any legends
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? Any legend
Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Lobby menu
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I have the restart my app every time when I want to switch gamemodes to get in a game
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? When I first started apex
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) When I first started apex
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I have to restart my game every time and it's really annoying
What should be happening instead? So I can switch lobbies without restarting my game so I can just change the game mode and go right in
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into game leave change gaming and if its say party member pre laoding for a long time that's the glitch

There are a few things we can try which could help out with this. 

 

The best place to start off would be with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website to see if that helps. If it keeps happening after that please let me know. Thanks!
