What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I clicked the news icon or whenever the news pops up, my game just crashes.

What happens when the bug occurs? My game crashes everytime.
What should be happening instead? I should be loading properly or be able to close the news pop up.

@p6x9ntkmplhp Hey, can I check if you're using a non-English game client?
Also can you go to the following location on your PC and delete the "assets" folder there? It contains some of the temporary files like news and store info and hopefully wiping that will help fix your issue.
C:\Users\yourusername\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\
This file will always be on the C drive regardless of your actual game installed location

Im the same person as the person who posted this, but I am pretty sure I use the client I downloaded with steam.

Update : deleting the assets file worked thanks!
