Apex coin bug on PC

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? I bought apex coins thru steam (twice in a row) and did not recive my apex coins even though money has been removed from my steam account.
What should be happening instead? I should've been reciving my apex coins so I can buy the battle pass
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know

@Viviiisect Same thing happened to me. I bought it twice but only meant to do it once
Still haven't got refunded and completely turned away from a chat after waiting for 2 hours
