What happens when the bug occurs? I can't return to the lobby. While I try to accept the Apex pack, I just the sound effect, a screen glitch and I'm back to the original Apex pack screen.
What should be happening instead? Returning to lobby after accepting the Apex pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Trying accept Apex Pack after playing a match and successfully leveling up
Attached recorded video of the glitch, this was as I reopened the game. I was playing as Gibraltar, trying to earn stars to level up my season 7 battle pass. After playing a match, I achieved leveling up and earned a Apex Pack along with a Watson quip and character badge. As I tried to accept the Apex Pack, the glitch occurred. I keep getting the sound effect of accepting the Pack, but the screen doesn't move off it, no matter how many times I hit the A button in order to accept the pack. Occasionally the screen will glitch to the lobby before returning back to the Pack.
