Cannot get through door to lead the piano for "Letter Stage"

Hi,

Can you please assist or direct me for assistance.

I have completed 5 out of 5 secrets all the following highlighted chapters but cannot seem to get to  the letter stage through the door on the far right.

It appears that the door  should be open for me to enter the room with the piano but will not allow me. Can you please confirm if this is an issue with the game itself or is there a requirement that I’m not aware of.

Do you mean on the main screen where you choose what level ? I don't remember having to go through any doors.

Could you maybe post a picture ?

that correct. main level when choosing.

The far right hand side. the door is closed when it should be open to get to piano.
