I played Fantasy Live Event: The Ultimate Fighter: John Dodson vs. TJ Dillashaw didn't revive my reward EA I would appreciate it if someone reviews this and send me reward asap

Please allow up to 24hrs for the reward to be available. If, after that time, you still do not have the reward, then contact customer service in-game via the button shown in the above screen shot.

Same here, not sure why the UFC mobile wants to give me a fighter pack, instead of my reward. After reaching 8000 points, a plain Jane fighter pack is unacceptable.

Hello to all.
I have the same problem. After finishing Live event and collecting 8000 points, i didn't receieve any reward. Can you please resolve the situation and get us deserved reward?! Thank you!
P.S. I will wait a few hours to pass 24 hour limit to see if the rewards will be given.

So, 24 hours have gone bye, still nothing. This isn't acceptable. So I either get what I can buy, but not what I spent a weekend earning. Seems pretty shady

I've got the same answer. Only i've mistaken 'fighter pack' with actual reward.... so i accepted and..... i got dissapointed.... I've spend good amount of hours playing this event, just because the reward was motivating..... I'm dissapointed big time....

A mi igual ya llevo dos dias es increible mi hermano si recibio el premio yo no le pido a ea sports que agan algo por que para que las horas que juge el evento sean en vano no eso es inapropiado

Completed live event with max points but didn't receive the reward

I am playing UFC mobile for some time now and I decided to grind the Dodson vs. Dillashaw live event since I am missing a decent featherweight fighter. And when the event was over i didn't receive the appropriate reward, nor did I get the achievement for scoring 6000 points in live event. Any ideas what are my options? I tried to contact Customers Service in game as EA Barry suggested on similar issue, but they pointed me to the forums. Now i am lost.

I am sorry to hear that you didn't get the rewards after completing the live event.

After consulting your issue with the specialists, I am sorry to say this but they told that you have to bug report it at the forums because the studio team frequent them and takes their leads from there and start making changes in the game.

But I hope you understand that we are only the email support team and we don't have the provision to fix this as this can only be done by the studio team.
