UFC 2 Buttons Not responding

Does anyone else have this problem?

Only While playing a match do the buttons not respond.

All buttons work with other games and in UFC 2  menu.

Any solution ??

That doesnt help .. my console and both controllers are equally new . that control works perfectly with every other game. i tried my other control seems to be working with the other controller . but nether the less seems like a bug with software

If a second controller works on this game without an issue then you can be fairly sure the first controller is at fault.

I am told the reason the response may not work with the controller is because they are day one controllers?

I am sure like all Xbox players that if is the case I will not be spending £60 on a controller just so I can play one game,

Surely I am entitled to some type of refund?
