Game face site still not functional [ Edited ]

We generally do not like to have actual player images on AHQ so I removed them from your posts, thanks for adding them and the other requested info.

I was able to create your game face with both sets of images. I went through the following steps:

1. Delete any existing GF
2. Clear browser cache and cookies
3. Delete default GF
4. Ignore error communicating with server
5. Much success

I'm doing all right, but after I press 'next' to Step 4, I have dumped all, and here's the result ... Perhaps this is due to the fact that I was not deleted GF. But how and where to remove it if I never it has not yet been created.

I'm not sure what to do but go through this step by step so here goes...

1. Sign in at this link: https://www.easports.com/gamefaceweb

2. Choose Male, click next

3. Upload front image, next, upload side image, next

4. zoom face as shown...

5. zoom and flip horizontally if required. The side shot should be facing to the right.

6. Before moving the cross-hairs it looks like this on step 4:

Again, before...

Step 5 looks like this then:

Click create my Game Face, ignore error message. Done:

Click Save Game Face.

If you continue to have difficulty then please post your Dxdiag as we may be able to find a reason for your problem in that.

I'm really sorry about this but Windows XP is below the minimum requirements for Game Face:

Minimum System Requirements

OS: Windows 7 SP1+, 8, 10; Mac OS X 10.8+ Browser: Firefox (v38+), Edge (v20+), Chrome (v44+), Safari (v9+). Graphics Card (Windows): Compatible with Direct X 9.0 (Shader Model 2.0)

I'm having the same issue. The game face used to work not it's just acting weird. what is going on?!

I'm still getting the same error with the cross hairs and the photo being zoomed. I have attached my DXDIAG can you please review it.
