I got this game an it has been nothing but a pain in my side. I loved this games beta and for the first time in a long time I preordered a game, but this service is god awful and i feel cheated out of $67 CAD and i want my money back as soon as possible. Origin won't let me refund it in the order history, i thought i could refund it 6ix day's within release day. This is unfair, i want my money back now.

Click the following link and log in: https://help.ea.com/en/

Then click on Help with a Game, and choose your game. If your game isn't listed, try entering the name on the search bar to the right. Alternately you can choose the Browse By Topic option and choose your relevant topic. If it is an account issue that doesn't require Game Advisor assistance, you can click the Manage Account button.

On the next page you will see a bunch of articles, links to community fixes, and a manuals tab for the chosen game.

If the articles aren't relevant to you, scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will get an option to Contact Us.

Click this and you will be prompted to choose your platform, the topic of your issue and to give a brief description of the issue at hand.

You will then have your options available, such as having a Live Chat with an advisor, or scheduling a callback if it is available in your region.

After this, you will get a live chat or a callback (depending on what you chosen) with an EA agent, that will be glad to help you.

If you have launched the game, the refund period is adjusted to 24 hours, which might be the source of the confusion.

You may return EA full game digital downloads (PC/Mac) purchased on Origin for a full refund within 24 hours after you first launch the game, within seven days from your date of purchase or within seven days from the game's release date if you pre-ordered, whichever comes first. This is in addition to your standard return or refund rights.

As im within 7 days from buying the game id like a refund.

origin wont open so i wasted alot of money on titan fall even though i cant play it i dont get a refund > now i see why ea has a bad reputation on the internet

Answer HQ is a peer to peer forum.  Ea doesn't work for us, we don't work for them.  We just play their games and talk about those in here.
