titanfall 2 won,t start

i press play its gray for 2 sec and its normal agan

some times its says cloud sing and the i see 5% and the n100% and its still the same

i play the free trailal

plz help me

@pandalalalalala So the trial worked fine but the full game doesn't? That's interesting. When you launch the game, please be sure to do so from within Origin. 

If you check the Control Panel > Programs and features is there a trial for TF|2 listed? If so, can you try deleting this, then try to launch the main game from within Origin again?

I'll also ask you to link/attach your dxdiag, more info should help.
