@MugtasticGaming Hi, where did you get the game code? I removed the code that you posted, but it contained a mistake (there was one section with 5 digits rather than 4). 

Perhaps try it again and watch out for confusion between "O"s and zeroes, and potential I, J or L mixups.

ok, thank you i realised now that i put 5 letters instead of 4.

10min later i tried with the fix, but it still says invalid? Can you please send me another one?

@MugtasticGaming We don't issue replacement codes, if you were given an invalid one you'll need to contact your retailer. 

Where did you buy the game from?

well that's bad, i don't actually know, i got if for my birthday but it has an origin icon so i don't know. Damnit i'm sad now knowing that i'm not gonna play titanfall...

@MugtasticGaming Was it a physical code in a box with a disc? Or was it an email with a code? If the latter perhaps there was a mixup and it was a Steam code for another game?

In that case it looks like it came from an unvarified/3rd party source. Unfortunately there's not much we can do here. Perhaps the person who got the code initially can contact their retailer.
