i'm trying to notify EA, but the contact system doesn't seem to be working either, is there a way to transfer the code over(because both accounts use the same email, i can't access the first one that has the codes on it)

@Create28Absolute That's odd, there should be no situation where the email address would be shared.
If you reach out to support they can take a look at this, and may be able to merge your accounts.
You mention having problems talking to support, how is it failing? Can you try reaching out using a different browser or a different device, and see if you have more success?
