how do i dowlload the new maps so i can play games in titanfall?

Im not sure how to download the new map packs in titanfall. In the game it says to dl the map packs press here. It just makes a sound when i click on it and does nothing. Please help. Thanks.

I've merged your threads into one.

Before trying to download the map packs have you downloaded the season pass? Although it's free now it does seem to still be available through the XBOX One store. Just go to the store and download this followed by the map packs (all through the store) and see how you get on.

We have been online chatting to support and have done everything they suggested (chat ref. Is 21170957), however we still cannot download Map Packs. We keep getting the error "We cannot find anything."
