connection problem from the day titanfall was realesed

Havent been able to play game nothing at all.

Its just endless loop on attempting connection.

I can download all the updates.

I got the game on xbox360.

Could you please tell us the exact model of your console, router modem and from what region you are?

To make sure that no corrupt data causing your issue, you should clear your cache:

1. From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Storage.
4. Highlight Hard Drive Device.
5. Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
6. Reboot your console.

Please make sure that following router ports are forwarded in your router modem:

Xbox 360 & Xbox One players

• UDP: 53; 88; 3074
• TCP: 53; 80; 3074

Xbox 360 Players only:
UDP: 3000-3999; 27015-27045; 443
TCP: 3000-3999; 27015-27045; 443

If that won't work, redownload the updates for the game. NOTE: Not all games have a Title Update File.

1. From the Dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Storage.
4. Select Hard Drive Device by pressing A.
5. Select Games and Apps.
6. Select Game Title.
7. Delete Title Update File.
8. Restart Game.
9. Download the update when prompted.
