No i have not purchasesd a season pack

Was around level 40 then went down to level 12

Can i continue playing and still have my level returned afterwards?

Please fix. Play so much and for this to happen is very disapointing.

Second time today it happened. Was trying level back up to my original level before i got reset down to level 13. I made it to level 22 and i was kicked to home screen then had to watch the whole titanfall intro before seeing that once again my level was lowered back down to 13. You must fix it please. I was playing and putting so much effort into this game and now for the second time in one day i had my level lowered. Vertical Neano is my gamertag and i was playing on xboxone. Please fis this asap. Soooooo very annoying. I should have been at level 40- 45 by now but this issue is limiting my stats and I have given up on this game until this is solved and my level is updated to what it should've been. btw, each time my level dropped it seemed like the ms for my data center has risen. Australia 33,44, and now it says 49.

This just happened to me, yesterday I was Gen 4 level 38. I started TF today and everything was normal, but when I started a match I noticed my layouts were gone and my rank was Gen 1 level 1. Tried restarting the game and then my XB1 but I'm still at Gen 1 level 1. This is ridiculous, please help.

Feel your pain. I too am stuck with my progress not updating. Been 4 days now and nothing. This is **bleep**.
