Any time I lose connection to the server, whether its 5 mins or 5 hours, all progress is set back to Gen 4 Level 23. I've played in total around 5 game hours the past 2 days and no progress has been saved. All challenges, burn cards, and xp have been lost.

I've been losing all progress since June 11 everytime I log off for an hour and log back in. I'm not sure if it's related, but on June 11, I couldn't log in to the servers for about 3 hours. There was an error code 503. I've tried repairing and removing the Origin cache folders, suggested by the chat advisor, and I'm still seeing the issue. Please resolve this quickly. Thanks.

I have lost all progress since June 13th. I can see in my achievments that I receieved an achivement for "Maxed Out" when I hit level 50,m but when I log in now I am at level 1.
