I bought the game titanfall and it was working for some time but then I accidently deleted the email that had my product code and now I dont know what it is and the game is not to be seen in 'my games' and if I wanted to play it again, it says I would have to pay for it again. What should I do ?

As soon as you activate your code on your Origin account for the first time the entitlement for the game will be granted on your account. That means that you are not able to redeem the code a second time. Please make sure that you are logged in with the same Origin account you used before and if you are not able to find the game (please check "show: all games" and "show: hidden games"), get in contact with one of our Game Advisor for a further account investigation: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=titanfall
