when creating my account for origin, I clicked on the wrong birth date and am unable to download titanfall. When I tried loging into EA to change it like instructed, it says that my credentials are expired. How do I fix this?

@Strik310 Hi, are you given an option to reset your password when this happens? You can try the link here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/how-to-retrieve-your-password-or-origin-id/
If you still have no luck with this, you'll want to reach out to support. They can track down the account, and can make the necessary changes to get this cleared up.

@Strik310 How are you prevented from downloading Titanfall? Age restrictions wouldn't prevent a download, just some online connections.
Your posting account also doesn't have Titanfall, or any age restrictions that I can see. Are you trying to play on a different one?
I'll guess there's an account mixup here, try using any alternate credentials that you might have used if you played before. If you purchased anything from the Origin store or even grabbed any of the free content, you may stil have a receipt/notification in the appropriate email account. This might help with finding the matching account.

@EA_David Yes I have created a different account to make this post. When instructed to go to ea.com and log in there to change my birth date, I was unable due to the fact that my credentials have expired. how can I log in and change my birth date if I am unable o log into EA?
