To change the game by another

Dear EA:

I bought Titanfall downloaded from your server, but I discovered the game is a MP (Multiplayer) mode. I didn't knew that, thinking the game was SP. I would like to change the game by another, I understand it's possible having de product code...
1) How do I have to do to get the product code?? I repeat I've downloaded it (I don't have the game box)
2) What's the procedure to make the change??

@buffalloxbox Hi, if you bought the game through Origin you should be able to put through a refund using the Great Game Guarantee.
