I am running a new 2TB Seagate "XBOX" external hard drive on my XBOX 360 (Slim).
The game starts to boot and then the message comes up: "This game requires an XBOX 360 hard drive in order to continue".
The hard drive is configured in my settings and shows 1862GB free.
There is 2.4GB of free internal storage on my XBOX and the cash has been cleared.
The 2TB Seagate XBOX hard drive is sanctioned and approved by Microsoft and use with the XBOX 360 console and runs ALL other games (including Battlefield) without issue.
I have spent hours on the phone after been given the initial 'not our problem' response from EA with support teams from Microsoft and Seagate both confirming that it is an EA issue as the console runs and saves data of ALL other games.
Please advise of the solution or work around.
Perhaps a direct digital download to my hard drive?
