You are going to have to "Cherry-Pick" among available drivers to alleviate the crashing, and lower your quality settings, as well as your screen resolution.
The best choice would be to pull it and the current PSU, and replace both.

Well that 500MB patch fixed everything, didn't even need to buy a new card. All is good now.

1 ==> right-click on Titanfall in origin application
2 ==> choose Game Properties...
3 ==> check Disable Origin in Game for this game
4 ==> Apply

I've had the same problem. After starting Titanfall the game basically froze at the 2nd loadings screen (where it shows 'respawn').
The solution given by Shoky-FCH works for me!

i have the same issue. everything works fine until i try to get into a game it begins to load the map and the circle in the bottom right spins but after about 3 minutes of loading it freezes my whole computer and it takes my computer about 5 minutes to pull up my task manager. it started having these problems when they released their DLC for free.i dowloaded it all and i havent played since then.

ive tried the disable origin in game but it didnt do anything.
