In Origin - Click on My Games in the top bar. Then hover over titanfall image and a little box pop's up with some information about the game. Next to the name is a little triangle. Click that and it will bring up more information about titanfall. At the bottom it gives the expansions and if you click on these images it will give you the option to download.
Thanks, have been stumped on how to dl those free map packs for 6 months till you provided the right answer. They made it almost impossible to get.
