Titanfal (not 2) drops to 20 (from 120) when I turn around

I used to play Titanfal at release on the exact same machine without any issues. Now I go from 120fps to 20fps just by turning around. Most of the time my fps are horrible, but it seems when I look at parts of the map where there isnt any sky I get a solid 120fps (everything was fine in the training too).

Specs:

Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 (2gb)

Intel i7 Processor

16GB RAM

@Naatan Hi, that machine seems to be up to spec alright. I wonder if the stuttering happens when you're streaming assets from the HDD after turning around. 

If you restart your system with a Clean Boot do you see any difference in performance?

Did you have the game installed on another hard drive when you played before without issues?
