I guess you are playing on a Xbox console? If you are playing on Xbox 360, please try to clear your console cache:
If you are on X1, please try to reset your console:
To reset your Xbox One console and clear the cache, just hold down your finger on the Xbox One symbol on your console for at least 10 seconds. The console will shut down and clear the cache, just start the console and log back in to the game.
