Redeem codes

I would like to have the skins I paid for please.. I redeemed both deluxe version code and GameStop pre order. I am not seeing anything on my Xbox one or in the comms on multiplayer.

@jaredCHAOS1 Do you have anything you can download from the store? If I remember correctly the code unlockable content should be on your 2nd page of your cosmetics. Can you double check, say, the 2nd page of your titan skin menu?

No sir, nothing but the skins I've earned in game. And nothing in the store. I restarted the Xbox and everything. It told me the codes were redeemed.. But nothing showed up in game.
