hello i recently just bought you're game titanfall and when i went to go put in the acivation code it said it has already been used which is confusing me because when i got the game it was still sealed in its packaging, please respond as soon as you can !

Retail stores all have the same vacuum sealing machines in their warehouse area that the distributors use; intact plastic sealing is meaningless.  Take it back to the retailer.  EA does not support the resale of previously registered codes for games.
