I'm having the same issues.  I've gone through every piece of instruction you've given and still nothing.

Is there anything else that you know of?

Turn off the beta mode from the launcher.

I still can't get into Multiplayer. I've tried all the instructions provided on this thread as well as 3-4 others and still my game says origin is offline. I also got it through Origin Access. Pretty frustrating.
