Origin Windows 8.1 ( Online login is currently unavailable )?

When I open up Origin in my pc that has windows 8.1, it says "Online login is currently unavailable"

But I installed Origin on my laptop that's running just windows 8, and it works fine on my laptop.

I'm guessing It's a compatibility problem with 8.1?

I've looked at all of the questions on the answer hq, but none of the solutions worked for me.
