[Investigation] X1: Missing or reset pilot progress

I am having the same problem here gamer tag is howl797 i keep hoping on for the past week at the most an play about five games each time and get up maybe five or ten levels and when reloaded im back at level 11

Impact= i am stuck at level 11 and all progress past that is reset when game is restarted

Timeframe when it happened: 20:00 - 22:00 hrs Australia (EDT)

Impact of the loss: "Lost connection to server" error reset all daily/unlocks/regeneration progress as if the 2 hours session had never occurred.  Regenerated to Gen6 Level 1 at 20:00hrs - made it up to Gen6 Level 17 by 22:00hrs when game crashed and all progress reset to Gen6 Level 1.

Timeframe when it happened: I played at 9pm yesterday, went out, came back 4 hours later and signed in at 1am today and my progress was reset to Level 1

Impact of the loss: I was at Level 49 (no regenerations) when I went out, now I'm at 1. All of my personal stats, burn cards and credits are gone.

Any progress towards fixing this? It's been a few months.
