Post how many times the crash happens for you here. We want to see how often this happens to you and really how big the issue is.
This thread is for crash logs only. One thread per crash.
Open "Event Viewer". From the left panel select "Windows Logs" > "Application". Then look for Level "Error" Source "Applicaiton Error". It should look as follows:

At this stage, the one thing I would advise is trying to disable any overlays. As some had mentioned that your v-sync settings were non-standard, I would also suggest that you set your nvidia control panel settings back to default.
Additionally, you can check whether installing a different version of your gpu driver alleviates the crashing.
