Did all of this. Even randomly saw some one on another thread suggest unnplugging all USB devices. It did not help.
Yesterday, after clearing my cache, i got about 1.5 games in before it happened. I backed out to the Titanfall main screen and that too was just a pixelated mess. I backed out to the xbox home. cleared my cache. Started up titanfall, it again started to "optimize hd content" when done, everything looked good again. For about 1 game. Then it became a colorful wonderland of pixels, frustration and sadness.
I feel you man... hope they find the source of this soon so they can release a patch for it or give us a refund But I really hope that a patch can fix this

That's my feeling now. If it was patchable, I'd be elated. I just want someone to treat it like the problem exists and say so. I've been passed around like a hot potato from Respawn to XboxSupport to EA and back again and I just keep getting nowhere without someone once admitting that the issue exists. If someone would simply say "I hear ya, we are working on it." I'd feel better. But between Titanfall TitanFAILing me, and the clusterf#@k Battlefield multiplayer was, I may just have to stop giving EA my money.
Again.. I totally feel you.. Been pushed around too, Respawn, Microsoft and EA. And I agree, I just want to know if they're working on it, then i'll be relieved and patient.. but if they don't communicate with us, the community, then I'm kinda worried.. But I think a moderator here said that he would pass the info to someone..
Anyway, i hope we'll hear someting soon

Has one of you tried to format your HD drive yet? While this workaround can be a little bit of a hazzle (back up your data first etc.) it would be interesting to know if one of you has this issue still after cleaning the whole hard drive. I want to say thanks for all your data and can understand that you want to get an update. We will keep you updated as soon as we have some news.
Cheers

I too have reformatted my HD completely. I have two, a 120GB and a 20GB. I formatted the 20GB and tried everything from scratch - worked for about 1.5 games.
I am also running an original 360 with the HD Component cable ( the green, red, blue connections). As i mentioned in a previous post, I have even tried unplugging the cable from the back of the xbox in the middle of the texture glitch, then plugged the cables back in and had no success.
EA_Bastian - thanks for listening and responding

EA_Bastian, this outlines everything I did after we first spoke a few days ago. Including reformatting a hard drive. Quitting before training, etc. Just trying to keep a running record of all my actions. I'm on 1stGen360 - HD component cables - Panasonic Plasma TV
------------- (From a Previous Post) ---------------
OK, EA Bastian, here is what I did.
Popped in a new HD. Clean, reformatted 60 gb. Started from scratch with everything. Removed any other components withing a 3ft radius. Put in Titanfall, downloaded update. It began "optimizing hd content." Changed options to 30hz. Started training, did not complete training. Played 2 games with no issue. Shut down.
Restarted, it did not say it was optimizing hd content for the first time ever. Hooray! Played 2 games, no problem. Shut down.
Restarted, it did not say it was optimizing hd content. 1/2 way through 1st game, everything went wonky and textures broke down. Shut down.
Restarted, it now said it WAS optimizing hd content, 1/2 way though the 1st game, everything broke down. Then I broke down, weeping uncontrollably.
I couldn't have started any cleaner. I really hoped it would have fixed it, but it didn't. I'm at a total loss now. Any ideas?

Also let me note that the ''no-training'' method doesn't work for me anymore, The game will screw up after 1-3 games

I like that your video shows how everything starts normal and suddenly starts to transform to technicolor wonderland for seemingly no reason at all. Perfect example. All too familiar.
