Game will not launch, missing origin desktop application

I just finished downloading TitanFall, deluxe edition.  I tried to launch game and received this error:

Engine Error:  Failed to initialize Orgin: Origin desktop application is not loaded.  [a0020000]

I read all suggested fixes, I rebooted, I changed my screen resolution, I uninstalled and reinstalled origin, all with no success. 

I am running windows 8, I have a gaming system with 1Tb of space, my pc exceeds all game requirements.

How can I fix this?
