Game disappappeared from my library

So as the tittle sais it's gone not hidden and now it's greyd out as a origin access game? what!?!? so i tried origin access  for a month then i let it expire and now Dead Space and Titanfall disappeared and its now only accessable if a renew my origin access. Is this a glitch? Both game were bought. And don't tell me i need to rebuy the games.

My game is gone as well after my Origin access expired it is locked to origin access.  Who do I speak to?   Customer support did not understand my issue.

Nvm had to talk to someone else in support, and they helped me! Depends who you get I guess

Thanks for the 2 posts. I'm sorry to read that you had a poor experience with the first agent, but it's good that it got cleared up eventually.
